For decades, a variety of doctors, nurses, therapists, family members of patients, care providers, housing providers, advocacy groups, journalists and patients themselves have worked hard to reform and modernize our public systems for serving these vulnerable populations.

We have had bid-rigging, personal corruption, official corruption, a prostitution ring run out of the DMV building, and more conflicts of interest that you can list on the front page of the newspaper.
