The folks over at the Civitas are beside themselves (again) that the N.C. Budget and Tax Center had the gall to publish a report explaining that state lawmakers made the right decision by raising taxes this session instead of balancing the budget by cuts alone, which would have devastated public schools, human services and criminal justice programs.
