Big day in state government-land

- in Legislative Watch

Governor Perdue released her proposed budget this morning. You can find the entire thing at the Office of State Budget and Management website (when it stops crashing from the crush of traffic, that is).

A good place to find some initial quick takes in the interim:

Meanwhile, over at the General Assembly:

  • At 11:00 the Senate will take up the bill to remove the cap on charter schools,
  • At 1:00 Joint Approps will hear the Guv’s budget in detail, and
  • At 2:00 Republican leaders Berger and Tillis will offer their response.
