The Achievment Gap Revisited

The report released by the North Carolina Justice Center’s Education & Law Project, entitled The Achievement Gap Revisited: How Minority Students Are Faring in North Carolina’s Public Schools, finds that during the 2004-05 school year, 34% of black students did not pass their end-of-grade tests, compared to 12% of white students.
