First, we'll let them in, then they're not welcome. Now, we're back to letting them in, and again could see a ban on illegal immigrants attending North Carolina community colleges.
While I'm favor of making sure that illegal immigrants (they are breaking the law after all) are kept from taking advantage of benefits reserved for tax-paying American citizens and legal immigrants, the community college issue that's been in the news the last six months or so is a baffling one.
