Affordable health insurance for all

The North Carolina Health Access Coalition has a vision for how health care should work in our state. They have laid out a four stage plan to achieve affordable health coverage for everyone in North Carolina. Guarenteed Affordable Choice: A plan to provide quality health coverage to all North Carolinians. This plan will help those who already have health care coverage, as well as, the 1.5 million people who don't.
